It was a long wait on both visits.....waiting area was filled...sign of a healthy practice. Office staff is generally friendly. Just one issue I have, but will comment on that privately. Over-all, I have no complaints. Just getting used to a new doctor...who does things differently....after being at onother practice for many years.

Dr. Steinberg has been my ophthalmologist for 4 years and each time she is thorough, and explains everything in terms I can understand. The staff is efficient and informative. I have high praise for Dr. Steinberg and her practice and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

My first visit. Dr. Steinberg was thorough and careful. Lots of patients in that afternoon. A sign of a healthy practice. I am very new, so not yet fully comfortable, need time to adjust to a new doctor…was many years with previous practice. I believe she will work out just fine! She came highly recommended by my former ophthalmologist. It takes time for both sides to acclimate….i see no problems at present.

Outstanding customer service, Dr Steinberg is superbly professional, competent, excellent explanation and clear plan. She’s superb with patients, staff are excellent. Would recommend them highly. Being in medicine, one knows what excellence looks like and Dr Steinberg and staff have a superb clinical and patient centered practice.
